Gelonghui, May 10 | Adoption of shares (301122.SZ) announced that the company plans to adopt CMTINVESTMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE.LTD, a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore. (“CMT Investment”) is the investor and established a joint venture CMTINDUSTRY (SINGAPORE) PTE.LTD in Singapore with RIXTRONMEDICALTRADINGCO.L.L.C. (“CMT Industrial” for short) and established a company in Cambodia through the joint venture CMT Industrial, CamedicalTechnology (Cambodia) Co. , Ltd. (“Cambodian Company” for short). According to business development and project implementation needs, the total investment of the Cambodian company is not more than US$15 million (the company accounts for 70%, that is, no more than US$10.5 million).

The establishment of holding subsidiaries in Singapore and Cambodia is a decision made by the company in line with strategic planning and business development needs. It is conducive to preventing global trade risks and enhancing the company's resilience to risks.
