Gelonghui, May 10 | Shandong Molong (00568.HK) announced that the resolution relating to the election of Mr. Han Gaogui as an executive director was officially passed by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

(i) Mr. Yao Youling has resigned as an executive director and general manager due to other work arrangements, effective May 10, 2024; and (ii) due to other work arrangements, Mr. Zhao Xiaotong has resigned as an executive director, effective May 10, 2024. While the position of general manager is vacant, Mr. Han Gaogui will act as general manager.

Due to other work arrangements, Mr. Yuan Rui has resigned as chairman and is no longer serving as a member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and as Chairman of the Strategy Committee, respectively. The Board of Directors announced that Mr. Han Gaogui has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and Chairman of the Strategy Committee, effective May 10, 2024.
