万泽股份将于5月27日召开股东大会，审议确定下属子公司担保额度等议案

金融界5月10日消息，万泽股份发布公告，将于2024年5月27日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为5月22日，当日收市后持有万泽股份股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：深圳市福田区云顶翠峰一期花园会所一楼会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于回购注销公司2020年股权激励计划部分首次授予限制性股票的议案》

2、《关于回购注销公司2021年股权激励计划部分限制性股票的议案》

3、《关于确定下属子公司担保额度的议案》。
