Mr. Huang Ruhua will not hold any positions in the company or subsidiaries after his resignation.

On May 10, 2024, the company held the 15th meeting of the 8th board of directors to deliberate and pass the “Proposal on Changing the Company's General Manager”. Nominated by the chairman of the company and reviewed and approved by the board nomination committee, the board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Xiao Jiahe as the general manager of the company.
