The board of directors has been informed by Chen Chen (Mr. Chen) that he will not be re-elected as an executive director at the annual shareholders' meeting because he wants to invest more time and energy in caring for his family. As a result, the General Resolution No. 2 (i) relating to Mr. Chen's re-election as an executive director contained in the notice of the AGM is no longer applicable and will not be submitted to shareholders for consideration and approval at the AGM; and Mr. Chen will retire as an executive director after the AGM.

From May 10, 2024: Mr. Chen will no longer be the company's chief financial officer; and Wang Chenyu will act as the company's acting chief financial officer.
