At the recent annual meeting, Equinox Gold shareholders approved all proposed matters, including the election of directors, appointment of KPMG LLP as auditor, and the executive compensation approach. New director Trudy Curran, with a diverse background in law, governance, and capital markets, was welcomed to the board. The meeting saw a 62.32% turnout of common shares, affirming the decisions made.
