According to the Zhitong Finance App, SMIC (00981) announced that Fu Meifang will no longer act as an authorized representative (“Legal Procedure Agent”) of a company that accepts documents and notices from legal proceedings in Hong Kong under section 19.05 (2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from May 9, 2024.
