杰富瑞发表报告指，从市账率角度看药明生物目前正处于拐点，相信其风险和回报曲线趋于上行多于下行。该行予其“买入”评级，目标价53港元。杰富瑞指出，投资者正在就药明生物面对的地缘政治问题达成共识，随着美国生物法案的进展，尤其是现有合同的处理方式将更加明朗。杰富瑞解释指，目前投资者假设包括法案将以某种形式获得通过；法案应该不会像看起来般严厉，并估计药明生物以至中国同行的新项目将在未来3至5年内来自欧盟、中国、世界其它地区，而不是美国。
