Inter & Company Incorporation Class A held its 2024 Annual General Meeting virtually and at its Brazil office, ratifying the previous fiscal year’s financial statements and auditor’s report, approving a significant annual budget for director and officer compensation, and appointing/reappointing directors for a two-year term. The meeting also approved amendments to the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association. Key shareholders and various financial institutions were represented at the meeting.
