Braskem S.A. has announced the safe completion of a scheduled shutdown of its Triunfo Petrochemical Complex in Rio Grande do Sul, following an extreme weather event. This complex accounts for approximately 30% of the company’s ethylene production capacity in Brazil, and operations are expected to resume gradually once conditions improve. The company has reiterated its dedication to safety and to keeping the market informed of any significant developments.
