Pearson plc (GB:PSON) has released an update.
Pearson plc has announced the acquisition of 394,766 of its own shares at prices ranging from 977.40p to 987.80p, with an average cost of 984.92p per share, as part of its share buyback programme initiated on 1 March 2024. The transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange via Citigroup Global Markets Limited, and these shares will subsequently be cancelled.
