JTEKT Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kariya-shi, Aichi; President: Kazuhiro Sato; hereafter “JTEKT”) will be exhibiting at “MEX Kanazawa 2024” (sponsored by Ishikawa Prefecture Iron Works and Electromechanical Association) to be held at the Ishikawa Industrial Exhibition Hall from 5/16 to 18.
Exhibition Overview
As energy prices have soared rapidly in recent years and there is a need to achieve carbon neutrality, JTEKT proposes various production equipment useful for energy saving to customers involved in industrial machinery, including machine tools and construction machinery. Starting with an actual machine exhibition of the vertical machining center “FV1165S,” which is an equipment subject to energy saving subsidies, we will be exhibiting products useful for manufacturing customers considering energy saving, such as the G series CNC cylindrical grinder with reduced power consumption compared to conventional machines.

This vertical machining center features high rigidity, high accuracy, and a wide processing range.
Operability and workability that are easy for workers have been achieved with wide openings, excellent accessibility, and an easy-to-use swivel operation panel, etc. This equipment is eligible for energy saving subsidies.

2. CNCCylindrical Grinder G Series (Type General, Luxury)
It is a CNC cylindrical grinder characterized by “outstanding quality,” which reduces factors that worsen accuracy, such as “deformation,” “thermal displacement,” and “vibration,” to the extreme, a steer-by-wire handle filled with technology from the world's No. 1 steering manufacturer, and “careful operability” equipped with easy operation that has been well received as being friendly to people.
Even higher accuracy can be achieved through thorough thermal management, and power consumption has been reduced compared to conventional models, and it is a facility subject to energy saving subsidies.

This is an energy-saving hydraulic unit with inverter control that drastically reduces power consumption and CO2 emissions compared to conventional models. It also features easy maintenance by using general-purpose parts.

4.iOE Solution “Operation Up Navi”, Power meter (power meter) “DPM-C530”
“Operation Up NaviBy attaching” to the equipment, it is possible to visualize the operating status of the equipment and analyze the information necessary for improvement. By attaching the power meter (power meter) “DPM-C530” to equipment, it is possible to check the amount of electricity consumed at a low cost. We propose energy savings that can be made according to the customer's budget.
