On May 6, Ge Longhui Financial Holdings (03903.HK) announced that Cao Ziwei, an independent non-executive director, plans to resign as a director due to his personal work arrangements and will no longer serve as chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The resignation will take effect from the date the new directors elected by the company's 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders take office.
