On May 5, Ge Longhui, Sichuan Shuangma (000935.SZ) issued an announcement. The Yibin Harmonious Green Industry Development Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Harmonious Green Industry Fund” or “Partnership”) managed by Tibet Jinhe Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, recently experienced a new partner.

According to the “Yibin Harmonious Green Industry Development Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as the “Partnership Agreement”), the executive partner Tibet Jinkun Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. agreed that Hangzhou Heda Industrial Fund Investment Co., Ltd. (“Heda Industrial Fund”) joined the Harmonious Green Industry Fund as a limited partner and signed the “Partnership Agreement”. According to the agreement, Heda Industrial Fund will pledge an investment of RMB 200 million to the partnership in cash. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the total amount pledged by the partnership increased from RMB 9.5 billion to RMB 9.7 billion.
