Woodside Energy Group Ltd has announced the issue of 65,771 new unquoted securities under an employee incentive scheme, with the securities being rights to Woodside shares. These rights, issued on May 1, 2024, will rank equally with existing shares once vested and were granted following approval at the company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting. Notably, key management personnel, including Marguerite (Meg) Eileen O’Neill, are among the recipients of the newly issued rights.
