Adventus Mining Corporation has successfully paid off its C$9.6 million convertible loan to Altius Minerals, avoiding the conversion to additional shares or a net smelter return royalty on their El Domo project. The repayment was financed through the recent private placement related to the ongoing acquisition by Silvercorp Metals. Adventus, known for its Ecuador-focused copper-gold projects, continues to progress with its significant exploration portfolio in the region.
