RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has actively bought back 210,632 of its own ordinary shares, which are to be held as treasury shares, marking a significant step in the company’s share repurchase program. This latest transaction has increased their treasury holdings to 32,951,387 ordinary shares, reflecting a continuous investment in the company’s own stock since the beginning of the year. The shares were traded through UBS AG London Branch, with prices per share ranging from 3258 to 3281 pence.
