C&C Group Plc has announced its total number of voting rights as of May 1, 2024, to be 390,022,933, following the issuance of 399,047,933 ordinary shares and holding 9,025,000 shares in treasury. Shareholders can use this figure to assess changes in their shareholding interests in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules. The company has made clear that treasury shares do not carry voting rights.
