According to the Zhitong Finance App, Imperial Technology Group (00776) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of HK$72.557 million, a year-on-year decrease of 45.5%; losses attributable to company owners were HK$128 million, a year-on-year decrease of 29.4%; and a loss of HK$0.41 per share.
According to the announcement, the decline in revenue was mainly due to a decrease in sales in the Home Products segment and the eSports segment.
The company has applied to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange starting at 9:00 a.m. on May 2, 2024.
