Alpha Group International plc, a prominent financial solutions provider, has executed a share buyback as part of its previously announced programme, purchasing 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 2,060 pence each. The transaction took place on AIMX, and as a result, the total number of voting rights in the company now stands at 42,919,313. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury, aligning with Alpha’s strategy for enhancing shareholder value.
