(1) Launched the industry's first “disaster preparedness equipment rental service”
Coyurentia (7081) has started a “disaster prevention stockpile rental service” based on the idea that “construction sites are also workplaces.” First, implementation began in 2023/9 at Tokyu Construction ＜1720＞'s 10 workshops in the Tokyo metropolitan area. This service contributes to safety assurance and BCP countermeasures in preparation for pandemics and natural disasters such as infectious diseases, etc., and promotes product development through “rental” x “disaster prevention” x “DX.” The company sees it as a field where future expansion can be expected.
This service has the following features.
1) It is a “disaster prevention stockpile rental” that specializes in construction sites
Since “rental,” “purchase,” and “purchase (switching)” can be freely combined, equipment and set delivery is possible according to the budget, initial cost, and usage period.
2) Delivered by 55 years of experience and staff familiar with the site
Customer satisfaction can be increased by staff familiar with the characteristics and rules of construction sites making proposals.
3) Support customer operations with DX
With the company's own system, it is possible to grasp the inventory and expiration dates of rental products on a site basis, and “visualize” inventory replenishment and replacement information.
(2) Launch of the new service “Office Switch”
Instead of renting for each product as before, we propose switching the entire office by utilizing over 1 million pieces of office rental furniture, which is the largest in the industry. It focuses on solving various issues faced by companies and provides themed office layouts. It is a service that reaffirms the value of an office as a place of communication and supports the creation of an office that is easy to work and worthwhile. Currently, the following 4 types are proposed.

(3) Initiatives in the business field: ICT business restructuring and strategy
The company integrated 3 consolidated subsidiaries, changed the trade name to “Inotex Business Solutions” from 2023/10/1, and further changed the trade name of the subsidiary Kyowa Tsushin to “Inotex Engineering” from 2024/1/1. The purpose of carrying out these restructuring is 1) strengthening flexible and agile decision-making and governance systems, 2) improving efficiency and expanding profitability through gathering management resources, and 3) maximizing synergy through business integration, but at the same time, they aim to “strengthen branding” in the ICT business.
