It is necessary to further integrate into the “Great Opening-up”, proactively connect with western provinces, cooperate and participate in high-quality joint construction of the “Belt and Road”, help accelerate the construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt and Pilot Free Trade Zone, strengthen collaboration and linkages with the construction of new land and sea corridors in the west, accelerate the construction of a golden corridor between Asia and Europe and open bridgeheads to the west, deepen in-depth exchanges and cooperation with neighboring countries, and better serve the construction of a new development pattern.
