凱萊英(06821.HK)公布，其全資附屬凱萊英生命科學技術，與信銀恒澤、海尊創企業管理、海河產業基金及天津生態城訂立合夥協議，共同設立基金，用於日後投資創新生物製藥、合成生物等產業。
根據合夥協議，基金認繳出資額總額7.54億元人民幣(下同)，當中凱萊英出資3億元，佔認繳出資額總額約39.8%。
透過訂立合夥協議，公司旨在加強其技術能力，支持其業務擴張計劃，助推持續穩定發展，促進其產業資源與專業投資機構的專業知識和資本的良性互動。
