Micro-X Limited has announced its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for May 29, 2024, to be held virtually via Zoom. Shareholders are set to vote on key resolutions including a refresh of the company’s placement capacity, approval for the issue of attaching options associated with a recent $4.0 million institutional placement and a share purchase plan offer, as well as the issuance of securities to related parties. Shareholders are urged to carefully review the materials and can vote by proxy ahead of the EGM if unable to attend online.
