Gelonghui, April 30, 丨 Gloria Ying (06821.HK) announced that on April 29, 2024, Gloria Life Science Technology (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, as limited partner) signed a partnership agreement with CITIC Hengze (as general partner), Haizunchuang Enterprise Management (as general partner), Haihe Industrial Fund (as limited partner) and Tianjin Eco-City (as limited partner) to jointly establish a fund to invest in innovative biopharmaceuticals, synthetic biology and other industries in the future.

According to the partnership agreement, the total amount of capital pledged by the fund is RMB 754 million, of which (i) CITIC Hengze will pledge an investment amount of RMB 1 million, or about 0.1% of the total amount of capital pledged; (ii) Haizunchuang Enterprise Management will pledge an investment amount of RMB 3 million, or about 0.4% of the total amount of capital pledged; (iii) the amount of capital pledged by Haihe Industrial Fund is RMB 300 million, or approximately 39.8% of the total amount of capital pledged; (iv) Gloria Life Science & Technology The pledged capital amount is RMB 300 million, which represents the pledge Approximately 39.8% of the total investment amount; and (v) the amount of capital to be pledged by Tianjin Eco-City is RMB 150 million, or approximately 19.9% of the total amount of pledged capital.
