中原地产：4月香港整体楼宇买卖或达9700宗 将创近3年新高

截至4月24日，2024年4月份香港整体楼宇买卖合约登记(包括住宅、车位及工商铺物业)暂录得8239宗，总值705.56亿港元。

智通财经APP获悉，中原地产研究部高级联席董事杨明仪指出，截至4月24日，2024年4月份香港整体楼宇买卖合约登记(包括住宅、车位及工商铺物业)暂录得8239宗，总值705.56亿港元。估计全月有9700宗及830亿港元，将较3月的5103宗及373.71亿港元，分别急升93.5%及1.22倍。反映2月底全面撤辣后，楼市气氛迅速升温，3月期间成交量大升，推动4月整体登记宗数将为2021年7月9957宗后的33个月(近3年)新高，金额将为2022年8月916亿港元後的20个月(逾1年半)新高。
