观点网讯：4月28日，美的置业集团有限公司发布公告称，2024年度第二期中期票据成功发行。
公告披露，此次中期票据发行规模达15亿元，由平安银行、邮储银行、华夏银行联合创设信用风险缓释工具（CRMW）。
据悉，美的置业发行参照“CRMW+信用”同步发行的模式，投资人的收益2.89%起（扣除CRMW创设费用）。
