GLONGHUI, April 28 | Boeing said it has reached an agreement with aviation supplier GKN Aerospace and its parent company Melrose Industries for a plant in St. Louis. The deal hands over GKN's St. Louis plant's operations to support F/A-18 and F-15 jet projects to Boeing, where the plant will continue to produce critical components. Boeing also added that it has employed approximately 550 GKN employees in St. Louis. Specific financial details were not disclosed.
