Greenway, April 28 | American Airlines said it will adjust some routes in the second half of 2024 and the first quarter of 2025 because delivery of Boeing 787 aircraft is still being delayed. The company said it is making these adjustments now to ensure that we can reschedule passengers on affected flights; it is actively contacting affected customers and will provide affected customers with alternative arrangements. American Airlines said the route adjustment will not stop service at any destination, and the company will continue to provide services on 55 long-haul international routes this winter. Previously, production of the Boeing 737 MAX dropped sharply due to increased production inspections by US regulators.
