Axington Inc. held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 19, 2024, where the Chairman welcomed attendees, including board members, company secretaries, and auditors, and confirmed a quorum for the proceedings. Shareholder questions submitted prior to the AGM were addressed in a published response on April 16. All resolutions presented at the AGM were voted on by poll in line with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Catalist Listing Manual, with results to be confirmed post-voting.
