$HANG SENG BANK (00011.HK)$600,000 common shares were repurchased on April 25, involving an amount of HK$61.1091 million. The repurchase price for each share ranged from HK$102.3 to HK$100.1.

The cumulative number of securities repurchased during the year (since the adoption of the ordinary resolution) is 5.714 million shares, accounting for 0.299% of the number of shares issued when the ordinary resolution was passed.

$SWIRE PACIFIC A (00019.HK)$216,000 common shares were repurchased on April 25, involving an amount of HK$13.684,400. The repurchase price for each share ranged from HK$63.85 to HK$62.65.

The cumulative number of securities repurchased during the year (since the adoption of the ordinary resolution) is 19.353 million shares, accounting for 2.259% of the number of shares issued when the ordinary resolution was passed.

$BYD COMPANY (01211.HK)$959,900 A-shares were repurchased on April 25, involving an amount of $201 million. The repurchase price for each share ranged from $211.42 to $206.62.
