According to Zhitong Finance App News, Chuangsheng Holdings (02680) announced that on April 25, 2024, Chuangsheng Credit, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a loan agreement with Cheng Chi Ming, Wong Sui Ching, Cheng Hei Lam and Cheng Long (as borrowers and mortgages). Based on this, Chuangsheng Credit agreed to lend a loan of HK$4 million to the borrower, accruing interest at an actual annual interest rate of 8.5%.

Prior to entering into the loan agreement, Chuangsheng Credit entered into an existing loan agreement on January 30, 2023 to grant the existing loan.
