Gelonghui, April 25, 丨 Jingneng Clean Energy (00579.HK) announced that Mr. Zhang Fengyang has resigned as an executive director, chairman of the board strategy committee, and authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules due to job changes, all with effect from April 25, 2024.

Following the resignation of Mr. Zhang Fengyang, the executive director, Mr. Chen Daewoo, was appointed as the chairman of the board of directors for a term of office from April 25, 2024 until the end of the term of the fifth board of directors, and was appointed as an authorized representative, with effect from April 25, 2024.
