Gelonghui, April 25 | Longyuan Electric (00916.HK) announced that considering that the company's international auditor Ernst & Young (“EY”) is close to the length of service stipulated in the management regulations, in order to continue to maintain a good level of corporate governance, the company has completed the 2024 public tender for international auditors.

Based on the results of the public tender, and taking into account the company's business development, the company plans to hire KPMG Certified Public Accountants (“KPMG”) as the 2024 international auditor to provide the company's financial statement audit prepared in accordance with international financial reporting standards, quarterly report review, issuance of ESG limited assurance reports, and other related audit services. The term of appointment is from the date of approval of the shareholders at the shareholders' meeting to the end of the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting.
