Isetan (Singapore) Limited has announced a new lease agreement for levels two to four of its Havelock Road office building, where the lessee plans to operate a childcare centre and pre-school. The lease is dependent on the tenant securing approval from the appropriate authorities. Following these approvals, the property will be re-categorized as an investment property.
