中国交通建设（01800）公布，公司拟回购注销8名激励对象持有的已获授但尚未解除限售的限制性股票共计150万股。
由于上述回购注销部分限制性股票导致公司已发行总股本减少，按照现金分配总额不变的原则，公司拟将每股末期股息由原来的人民币0.29253元（相等于0.32258港元，含税）调整为人民币0.29256元（相等于0.32261港元，含税）。
