加科思-B（01167）发布公告，罗兵咸永道会计师事务所将于公司预期于2024年6月7日举行的应届股东周年大会结束时任期届满并退任公司核数师之职，董事会根据公司审核委员会之推荐意见，已决议不再续聘罗兵咸永道为公司核数师。
根据公司之组织章程细则以及经公司审核委员会推荐，董事会已议决建议委任德勤•关黄陈方会计师行为公司独立核数师，自股东周年大会结束起生效，直至公司下届股东周年大会结束后为止，惟须待股东于股东周年大会上以普通决议案批准，方可作实。
