Zhitong Finance App News, China Communications Construction (01800) announced that the company plans to repurchase and cancel a total of 1.5 million restricted shares held by 8 incentive recipients that have been granted but have not yet been lifted.

Due to the repurchase and cancellation of some of the restricted shares mentioned above, the total issued share capital of the company has decreased. According to the principle that the total cash distribution remains the same, the company plans to adjust the final dividend per share from the original RMB 0.29253 (equivalent to HK$0.32,258, tax included) to RMB 0.29256 (equivalent to HK$0.32261, tax included).
