According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiawei Xinneng (300317.SZ) announced that the company's shareholders holding 5% or more of the company's shares have already expired. During the period of the reduction plan, Zhenfa Energy passively reduced their holdings of the company's shares by a total of 72,000 shares.
The company recently received a notice from Zhenfa Energy and learned that Guoyuan Securities, Bohai Securities, Guoxin Securities and Tianfeng Securities intend to continue to exercise disposal rights in accordance with relevant documents issued by the court: they intend to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 8.272,400 shares (no more than 1% of the company's total shares) through centralized bidding transactions.
