新地(00016.HK)旗下元朗「The YOHO Hub ll」明天(25日)將開放項目第8座現樓示範單位予傳媒參觀。新地代理總經理陳漢麟表示，首批亦會先推售第8座單位，爭取於黃金周內開放現樓示範單位予公眾參觀，並計劃於未來一至兩星期內開價，最快於黃金周開售。
他預計項目每呎管理費約4.62元。項目的雙住客會所組成約4萬平方呎室內會所面積，戶外園林面績達21萬平方呎。
