For 500,000 shares of the company's repurchased shares in 2023, the use was changed from the original repurchase plan “for subsequent implementation of the equity incentive plan” to “for cancellation and reduction of registered capital”. This change is subject to review and approval by the company's shareholders' meeting before it can take effect. Based on the average repurchase price of RMB 99.45 per share, the corresponding repurchase amount for the repurchased shares that the company plans to change use and cancel is approximately RMB 49.725 million, accounting for about 30.86% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in the company's 2023 consolidated statements.
