After making inquiries about itself which were reasonable in the circumstances, the Company confirmed that it was unaware of any reason for the fluctuation in share prices and trading volume, or any information required to be disclosed to avoid false markets in the Company's securities, or any insider information required to be disclosed under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong. The Company also confirmed that there have been no significant changes in the business operations of the Company and its subsidiaries.
