The Zhitong Finance App learned that Faraday Future (FFIE.US) stated that it received a notice from NASDAQ that the company did not comply with NASDAQ's listing rules due to the delay in submitting the 10-K Annual Report (“Form 10-K”) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

Nasdaq allowed the company to submit a plan to restore compliance, and Faraday could in the future grant the company an exception within 180 days of the expiration date of Form 10-K to restore compliance.

The letter further suggests that the company will be added to the non-compliant Nasdaq list within five business days after April 18, 2024.
