The principal amount of the 2024 issue of the first issue of medium-term notes is RMB 1 billion, with a term of 3 years, and a coupon interest rate of 2.44% per year.

The funds raised by issuing the first issue of 2024 medium-term notes will be used to repay domestic bank loans from the company and its subsidiaries.
