(hereinafter referred to as “Dazi Pengxin”) to decide to pay annual dividends to the company's shareholders in accordance with the recent shareholders' meeting resolution made by Dazi Pengxin. The company can receive 644 million yuan in cash dividends.

The company holds 49% of Dazi Pengxin's shares and uses the equity method to account for Dazi Pengxin. The above dividends had no impact on the company's 2024 annual report profit or the company's 2024 consolidated statement profit.
