According to the letter, Guangzhou Rongzhi is required to repay the claimant bank a total of approximately RMB 1.7 billion within five days of the letter. The amount is calculated based on outstanding principal, interest and default interest payable under the Bank of Guangzhou loan. The claimant bank asserted that if the payment was not made within the specified period, it would act to enforce its rights under the Bank of Guangzhou loan.
