Mighty Kingdom Limited (MKL) has voluntarily suspended trading of its shares on the ASX as it seeks legal orders related to a procedural irregularity with its recent share offering. The company exceeded the suspension period by eight minutes during a previous trading halt, a discrepancy it aims to rectify through the Supreme Court of South Australia, to ensure shareholders can trade without restrictions post resolution. MKL anticipates a court hearing on or before April 26, 2024, with trading suspended until the outcome is announced.
