國家能源局發布今年首季全國電力工業統計數據顯示，截至3月底，全國累計發電裝機容量約29.9億千瓦，按年增長14.5%。其中，太陽能發電裝機容量約6.6億千瓦，按年增長55%；風電裝機容量約4.6億千瓦，按年增長21.5%。
今年首季，全國主要發電企業電源工程完成投資1,365億元人民幣(下同)，按年增長7.7%。電網工程完成投資766億元，按年增長14.7%。
