During the reporting period, on the one hand, due to the fact that the intelligent manufacturing industry was adversely affected by fierce competition in the industry, the company's intelligent manufacturing business was still in a state of loss; on the other hand, based on a strategy focusing on digital energy development, the company continued to increase R&D and market investment in the new power system and energy storage business. The early stages of the company's energy storage business were large-scale investment period. Orders in progress at the end of the reporting period were mainly obtained in the fourth quarter, and sales revenue was not yet reflected.
