According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiumaojiu (09922) announced that as of March 31, 2024, the total number of restaurants was 736, while the number of Taiji, Nan Hot Pot, and Jiumaojiu brand restaurants was 584, 66 and 75 respectively.

In the first quarter of 2024, Taiji, Hot Pot and Jiumaojiu had turnover rates of 3.9, 3 and 3, respectively. The average customer consumption was 73 yuan, 116 yuan and 57 yuan respectively. The average daily sales volume of the same store decreased by 13.9%, 34.8% and 4.1%, respectively.

In the first quarter of 2024, the average consumption decline of customers at Taiji (a store in mainland China) and Hot Pot was due to changes in the external environment and adjustments in the brand's development strategy to adjust the menu structure and menu prices. Furthermore, the increase in promotional activities; and the high proportion of Tai'er restaurants located in low-tier cities (which is in line with the Group's expansion strategy to seize greater market share) have also led to a decline in the average consumption of Tai'er's customers in mainland China.

In the same period, the average daily sales decline in Taiji (a store in mainland China) and a hot pot restaurant was mainly due to the base effect brought about by the re-opening and resumption of economic activity in the first quarter of 2023.
